III. GUIDED VISITS OF THE AIRPORT

Airport visit requests must be addressed to the Airport via a form available on the “Airport visits” page of the website www.euroairport.com.

The services provided during the visit are described on the “Airport visits” page of the website. Specific or additional services may, upon request, be provided under conditions agreed upon by the Airport.

Participation in these visits is subject to the following three cumulative conditions: registration of the participant in advance, validation by the Police and the possession of a valid proof of identity on the day of the visit. Otherwise, participation in the visit cannot not be authorised.

During the entire duration of the visit, participants are under the responsibility of the person requesting the visit (hereinafter referred to as the “Organiser”) and shall be held entirely responsible for any kind of damages caused by them to third parties.

During the entire visit, the Organiser will be responsible for ensuring that the participants comply with the instructions given by the Airport support staff, failing which the person(s) concerned may be excluded from the visit, or the visit may be cancelled by the Airport or the Authorities. Neither the Organiser nor the participants hold any right to claim compensation of any nature whatsoever.

Consequently, the Organiser and the participants of the visit waive all claims against the Airport with the exception of gross negligence and malicious acts or unless otherwise provided by law, as well as against their insurers for damages of any kind incurred during the visit.

The Organiser and the participants are informed that visits may be cancelled without prior notice if requested by State Authorities. They may not claim any compensation of any nature whatsoever for this reason. Compensation may be paid if the Airport cancels a visit that has been paid for.

Photography (as well as filming and video making) is allowed with the exception of staff and equipment contributing to the civil aviation safety on the Airport and representatives of the French and Swiss authorities (Police, Gendarmerie, Customs and Border Control). However, State Authorities may prohibit any kind of photography during the visit without any prior notice.
