Job position
Reporting to the Head of Market Intelligence within the Marketing Department, you will be responsible for analysing data and elaborating insights in order to provide actionable analytics that will drive business decisions, service, and performance across multiple fields: aviation, cargo, commercial operations and passenger experience.
The position will be offered as a permanent full-time position.
Main job duties
- Ensure competitive analysis and monitoring of supply and demand data, identify new opportunities and trends across three markets (France, Switzerland and Germany) in the field of business development
- Help prepare and develop detailed monthly management reports with analytical and statistical rigor to independently solve complex problems and provide actionable analytics to drive and support business decisions
- Ensure follow-up of analysis and statistical monitoring of airline and cargo activities (MIDT, IATA, CASS data, etc.)
- Monitor passenger surveys and ASQ (Airport Service Quality) as part of the Airport’s publicly tendered services
- Assist marketing managers to carry out benchmarks and develop management reporting and performance monitoring.
- Create and implement key indicators, briefing notes and PowerPoint presentations
- Ensure the updating of files, databases and documents relevant for marketing measures

Desired profile
A master’s degree or equivalent in statistics, business administration or an aviation-related field, ideally with experience in the field of data analysis.
You have excellent analytical skills and profound practical knowledge of analytical and quantitative methods. You are able to simplify complex data and convey information concisely and quickly.
IT-specific competencies: You are proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel). Competencies in other analysing tools are a plus (R, Python, SQL, MATLAB, Eviews, etc.). Working knowledge of Power Bi, Qlikview and Qliksense is desirable but not required.
You have an independent approach to work, are curious, innovative and have good interpersonal skills.
You have flawless organisational skills, work with great care and aren’t afraid of change. As a driving force, you like to take initiative and never hesitate to make your own proposals.
Ideally, you have experience working in an international environment.
Proficiency in French (at least level C1), German (at least level B2) and English (at least level B2) is required.
