EuroAirport Basel-Mulhouse-Freiburg becomes National Partner of Eurovision Song Contest 2025
EuroAirport Basel-Mulhouse-Freiburg is delighted to announce its role as a National Partner for the Eurovision Song Contest 2025, set to take place in Basel from May 10 to 17, 2025. This collaboration underscores EuroAirport's commitment to supporting cultural events that unite people across Europe and beyond.
As the official gateway to the trinational region of France, Switzerland, and Germany, EuroAirport is ready to welcome thousands of visitors arriving to experience the world's largest music event. With over 100 destinations served by 30 airlines, the Airport offers seamless connectivity for Eurovision Song Contest attendees. In 2024, EuroAirport handled approximately 8.9 million passengers, reflecting its pivotal role in regional connectivity.
The Eurovision Song Contest 2025, themed "United by Music", marks the event’s return to Switzerland after 36 years. It will be hosted at Basel's St. Jakobshalle and is expected to draw over 160 million viewers worldwide.
EuroAirport joins esteemed national partners such as Novartis, Basler Kantonalbank, Helvetia, and Swisscom in supporting this monumental event.
